Founder and principal consultant

Amanda Marcinkowski, MBA, PMP

Federal cybersecurity and program leadership built in environments where service, recovery, and mission outcomes could not wait.

The experience behind the work

Cybersecurity leadership built from the ground up.

Amanda built her service-delivery discipline leading managed backup services for Fortune 1000 and defense-industry customers. She worked in an environment where seconds mattered, recovery commitments were measurable, and leadership was judged by whether the service held when clients needed it.

She carried that standard into the federal sector at the U.S. Army’s Regional Cyber Center Europe. There, she supported backup and recovery systems across the European theater, working across classified and unclassified environments where data protection was inseparable from mission continuity.

Amanda later supported U.S. Navy requirements development for littoral warfighters. That role sharpened her ability to translate operational need into controlled, testable, and traceable technical direction.

Her operating range connects commercial service delivery, federal cyber operations, resilience, requirements, and program leadership in one accountable principal.
